Over two hours for delivery. Phone number rang out over and over again, took 20minutes to get through and complain. Food arrived barely warm. Really, really disappointed. The poppadoms thrown in does not make up for the time we waited. Do not accept orders you can't fulfill in a reasonable time.

Ordered food for delivery, 1hr 50 still no delivery. Went to the restaurant "We're really busy". Ill get your order now.... 5 mins still no food. Full refund requested... food came out and was told this is free. Got food home and half of it was missing. Massively disappointed in Asiana as normally there bang on.

Have ordered direct in the past and as a regular customer think they know what we like. Food was a bit bland but maybe it’s because we used a new way of ordering. The 10% discount was a consideration, not a good one with hindsight, factor in the service charge and delivery, for delivery just round the corner there’s no saving. Would prefer quality than saving a couple of pound!!! Won’t be using this service again. Asiana need to get their food back to where it used to be…
